Weight Loss – Personal Training / Small Group

The Ultimate Transformation is a multi-faceted weight loss system that is designed to progress a client to a sustainable healthy lifestyle. 

This is accomplished through the following:

  • small group classes,
  • personal training
  • dietitian consultations + meal plan
  • infrared sauna 
  • educational platforms

Each client will go through a consultation with a personal trainer and a dietitian prior to the program launch to ensure attainable goals with sustainable results. 

Option 1 : $299.00/month

Includes - 2x/week half hr Personal Training sessions , gym access , unlimited Normatec compression therapy.

Add $100.00 for 3x/week Personal Training  


Option 2: $399.00/month

Includes - 2x/week half hr Personal Training sessions , gym access , unlimited Normatec compression therapy, 1 visit with Dietitian . Add $100.00 for 3x/week Personal Training


Option 3: $499.00 /month

Includes - 2x/week half hr Personal Training sessions , gym access, unlimited Normatec compression therapy , 1 visit with Dietitian , unlimited 20-min infrared sauna . Add $100.00 for 3x/week Personal Training  


Option 4: $599.00

Includes - 2x/week half hr Personal Training sessions , gym access , unlimited Normatec compression therapy, 1 visit with Dietitian , unlimited cryotherapy .

Add $100 for 3x/week Personal Training


1) Small Group Class:

Monday – Thursday (5:30pm – 6:00pm)

Saturday (8:00am – 9:00am)


2) Rehabilitation- Personal Training Only

Each of our clients will go through a consultation with our personal trainers to create a baseline test. Our goal is to fast track recovery in the problematic area, all while strengthening the entire body. Our main focus in our rehabilitation programming is:

  • shoulder mobility
  • core strength
  • balance
  •  hip mobility
  •  knee and ankle stability

By following proper progressions, we will ensure our clients are self-sustained. We work with orthopedics, physical therapists and chiropractic to help assist their clients in the their journey to recovery. 



3)Performance : Personal Training/ Small Group

We work with athletes from 10 years old and up. 

Our main focus for getting our athletes game time ready is the following:

  • Balance
  • Core Strength 
  • Shoulder Mobility
  • Hip Mobility
  • Speed & Agility
  • Upper Body Strength 
  • Lower Body Strength
  • Knee/Ankle Stability
  • Nutritional Guidance
